- Review brand identity guidelines and ensure alignment to standards
- Community Outreach
- Cultivate and maintain strategic community partnerships
Development Committee
- Fund Raising
- Oversee annual fund raising plan
- Review Annual Fund giving outreach
- Propose fund raising events
- Corporate and Philanthropic Giving
- Outreach to community foundations and corporations
- Solicit federal, state and local grant opportunities
- Oversee grant opportunities
Program Committee
- Programs and Services
- Review current programs and services
- Review current program impact and outcomes
- Brainstorm future program ideas/concepts
